| A draft is waiting and nothing has sent | Every draft needs your approval before it sends, and a draft to a Priority Tier 1 investor always does. | Open the draft and approve it. |
| The draft you expected was never written | Writing outreach costs 1 credit and this month’s credits are used. | Check your balance in Credit costs and allowances. Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. |
| Sending is held | Pause all sending was used on this account. | Open Get help and choose Release sending. |
If a message went out that should not have
Use Pause all sending straight away, then send a ticket. Unintended sends are handled first.
